Updating v3.0.4-beta.26 with the admin Dashboard

I have been trying to update from v3.0.4-beta.25 to v3.0.4-beta.26 with the dashboard, but nothing shows up on the updates

Use the dashboard widget to clear the cache and then refresh for updates again

ryanmitchell Alright, I used the cache usage widget pressed clear, I do do not see any updates, but now I have dowgraded to v3.0.0. Does it matter that I am on my local host, and I do not have a carte key?
