Can you upload a picture of what you are seeing?

I suspect the issue is that your currency requires more than the 7 characters allocated for prices… lines like {{ str_pad($menu['menu_price'], 7, ' ', STR_PAD_LEFT) }} just need updated with the 7 changed to however many you need, and to keep things right take the same amount off the 11 figures in variables that have STR_PAD_RIGHT in them.

Hi Thanks for your reply, I am in the UK we use pounds and I have changed it from 8 to 7 and it does not work and I tried change it to 9 still not showing the first number in the price and total price.

I cant see the printer model on that page - is there anything on the device itself that indicates what printer it is? If not you just need to start with codepage 1 and print, and then try 2 and print and so on until you find the one you need. Most epson printers are codepage 16 for windows-1252 (the one that has the pound symbol).

Hi I still not solved the issue the price before decimal point not showing at all

16 is not the upper limit - there can be more than that. I think you should ask the supplier / manufacturer for full documentation on the printer. If you can get that then I can point you in the right direction.
