Hi, I’ve noticed that when customers use their points to pay for their order, we don’t deduct the points from their account and even receive additional points. For example, a customer has just placed an order for €49.80 and used 16 points at €0.50 per point, so they only have to pay €41.80. Additionally, the customer received 4 points from this order and now has a total of 20 points in their account.
I use the following settings: customers accumulate points per location, and they receive points including VAT.
