As others have reported, after the recent update (27.07.21), the quick install now fails to complete.

Yes, the upgrade has not been correctly aligned and there are multiple errors when installing manually as well: DOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field ‘date_added’ doesn’t have a default value in /var/www/vhosts/xxxx.co.uk/xxxxxx.co.uk/vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOStatement.php:112

As well as the following: Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalThrowableError: Argument 1 passed to Main\Classes\Router::__construct() must be an instance of Main\Classes\Theme, null given, called in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx.co.uk/xxxxxx.co.uk/app/system/classes/ErrorHandler.php on line 45 in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.co.uk/yokiyo.xxxxx.co.uk/app/main/classes/Router.php:66

The setup script should now be working - there was a database issue on the API side which was preventing the files from downloading.

On installation, the following error message appears : “Download files from server are corrupt. Check Setup log” followed by this error message: “Missing vendor files.”

I believe the download remains incomplete.

Check your setup.log file and see if there is anything at the end of it to indicate the error.

This should not be the case any more, a new version was released to deal with the issue.
Can you try downloading again and trying? If it still doesnt work, try installing by composer.

I met the same issue, sometimes “missing vendor files”, sometimes “timeout” error. We can’t install no matter how many times trying

I do still end up with the missing vendor files. This is with the latest setup files and Full access permission to the folders.
the the setup log ends like above.

Try installing by composer.

using the composer creates the standard files and folders.
but then i get this error:

Means you ran out of memory. Do what it suggests and upgrade to composer2, its MUCH faster.

i manage to do the installation using composer2 (and it was quick :-) ) but i ended up with a blank screen.
i guess it could be some premission issues…..

I get the same issues even with a fresh download of the wizard - it will not finish the installation.
When using composer2 it does install but when I connect to the side I just get a blank white side
the server has installed Ubuntu 20.04 with Apache and MySQL.
tastyigniter is installed in a new folder www/html/tasty
i have also reinstalled the server several times. But no luck so far…

Maybe TI won’t work in some countries? No matter how I tried, it didn’t finish succesfully. Very hard even at the installation step, so I think I can not grow my business with this. I will come back after fewer months to see how.

juanp it’s definitely working at this point. If you look at the support section on the website you could choose pay for a installation and take it from there yourself?

ryanmitchell There is no longer installation service on your support section. last week, I almost took this way but I couldn’t find installation service anymore. Only custom development found.
