Hi, I’m using latest TI version 3.0.7 and experiencing few difficulties which is given below: Orders coming through during end/closing time. For example- Opening Hours: 4pm - 10pm(6 days) Interval Time: 10 mins & Lead Time: 30 mins, Order Limit: 3, Pre-order: 0 days Everything works fine before the last timeslot: 9:50pm. System automatically accepts orders as the same time as order placed time. If the time is 09:52pm order time gets selected at 09:52pm and customers are able to place order. It does not show next available opening hours till 10:01pm. Also, the TI previous version used to have an option to set last order time, which I greatly miss in this latest version. Last order time was very helpful as you are able to set the restriction to accept orders till certain time before closing hours. I am using order limit and expect to have first order at 04:10pm (as it said in the admin dashboard Order Limit disables the ASAP option). But, to get the result I had to change my opening hours to 4:10pm. So, I think it will be a good idea to use some old features where it used to calculate the first order(pre-order) as (start hours(4pm) + (10mins) delivery/collection lead/interval time= (4:10pm)). This will help to show original opening hours. I set order limit to 3 orders, which works fine during weekdays. But, in weekends when it’s busy period I received ⅘ orders in the same time slot. Which killed the whole order limit system. Tried to find error log, but there were none. So, not sure what to do about that? I have been with TI for years now, I think my expactations are bit high. Sorry, for getting back with another problem Sam. I am looking into vendor/…../location/….WorkingSchedule and WorkingPeriod files not sure if I’m on the right track or not? Any help would be highly appreciated

Not sure about 1 but can help with 2&3

3 sounds like customers were ordering simultaneously - does that seem correct from the times the orders were placed? You could recheck the timeslot availability using an extension on page load (my max orders one does this)

2 you should be able to do this by having opening hours at 4 but first pickup time at 4.10. The old lead time after opening time was the wrong approach which is why we changed it.

ryanmitchell Thanks for your reply, I have tried to use your maximum order but, it keep saying “The timeslot locations field is required”. I must missing something here, could not find any Timeslot Locations field.

I have set 4:30 for delivery and 4:20 for collection. Problem is; it shows restaurant open from 4:30pm- 9:30pm as I had to reduce closing time due to problem 1. So, website is showing wrong opening hours.

Stuart You can have a separate “Opening schedule”, which is different from either collection or delivery schedules. Does that not solve the display problem for you?

On Max orders - do you only have 1 location, if so that might be the issue.

Opening hours display problem is still same. It should display opening hours as 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
