is it possible to use mollie instead of Stripe?

diverd Yes all existing payment methods are supported. Stripe is only used for payouts if the feature is enabled, we are also working on implementing payouts via PayPal.

diverd That’s correct, you can allow vendors to provide their own mollie key or use a global mollie key for all vendors. If you do not want to charge commissions, you can still use Stripe; there is an option to deduct commissions at checkout and another option to pay out commissions through Stripe Connect, which requires the Stripe Connect extension.

$149 / site / year ? So, after 1 year, I can’t use it anymore ? OR I still can use this extension but I cannot get updates and supports ?

Do you have a demo for this extension? I have many questions about it. Can vendors access to their sale report? What information do you include in the sale report? and so many questions…To sum up, this is a really great extension but I don’t know the exactly features I would get if I bought it.

I bought the extension a few days back and have a few issues:

Creating menu items and not assign them to a location
Steps to reproduce:

Vendor A creates menu item without location
Vendor B can see and edit menu item

Looks like this applies for coupons, categories etc. as well.

I think the vendor should be forced to select one of his own locations or ti_menus getting a vendor_id or something? Haven’t checked really how it works.

Vendor cant create a location
Trying to create a location as vendor gives an error:
Form record with ID [26] could not be found." on line 92 of /.../.../.../xxx/yyy/app/admin/traits/FormExtendable.php

This results in a minor inconvenience that I have to enable additional locations as admin in two separate places:
admin/igniterlabs/multivendor/vendors/edit/{id}

and

admin/staffs/edit/{id}

That is the expected behaviour when a menu item is created without a location; however, there are plans to make the location field required in the next update, as well as the ability for vendors to manage locations.

Hello, if I install multivendor:

If I install a module for which the pricing is “per site” will I have to install that module for each vendor or for the main webiste is sufficient and will cover ALL the vendors?
Can I create different packages for vendors with different access to those extensions?
Could I restrict access to the “create account” (in case there’s no possibility of packages creation)? For example having another landing page to choose the package, payment and so I can create the account for the customer?
Will each vendor be able to upload their store logo?
Will they be able to enter their whole store setup besides payment and inventory? Like we can do in admin? (locations, employees, options, schedule, etc)? I see customers are separate? Why? or does it means the customer won’t be share UNLESS have bought on that store but the customer doesn’t need to have more than 1 account, right?

It’s possible to create different staff role to manage access to parts of the admin dashboard
The create account feature can be disabled and replaced with a page to signup to subscriptions plans (Not available in the extension but can be added as a custom feature, see https://tastyigniter.com/premium-support)
Each vendor will have an associated location with an option to upload a location/vendor image
Each vendor will have separate settings, menu items, locations, staff and schedule. Menu items could also be shared across vendors. Customer will only have one account and are only shared with vendors they’ve bought from.

Hi, I read all the Q&As and I didn’t see my exact scenario, I apologise if I missed it.

My scenario is a 100% takeout and [mostly delivery] service offering several different virtual kitchens at the same location. I see that there is a % commission to Admin, that was one concern.

My question is can a customer order from several different kitchens and pay one bill and have everything delivered together. The idea is members of a order party to be able to order from whichever kitchen they want with one bill/payment and one delivery.

mac2net Not exactly a scenario covered by the system, but it is possible dependent on whether these kitchens share the same menu items or have separate menu items. If all of the kitchens have the same menu items, a tag could probably be applied to each order to identify them, but it would be more challenging if each kitchen had different menu items.

Could the menu be divided into restaurants by category or by location (even though the address would be the same for each restaurant although they would have different names).

I guess dividing the menu by a category and subcategories for each restaurant would be easiest for the “one order” requirement.

Definitely, grouping menu items by categories is brilliant and should work, so each kitchen will be represented by a category and customers can order from any kitchen(category) under a single location with a single bill.. 👍️
