ryanmitchell,
Please don’t be rude. This is now the second time I’ve had to ask that of you.
Sorry Ryan, but it’s the second time that I’m accused of being rude just for expressing the truth. There could be 4 days and there’s no answer to a question, but as soon as I state the fact that I’m being ignored, then I’m called rude. We are trying to work with the software you guys are putting out there. If you don’t have testers, developers, and users, the software will be useless. Not because I’m not a monthly $$$ contributor, means I’m not a contributor or never will be. There might be many issues of other users that are being attended but it seems you have an issue with my questions. A simple “we are looking into it”, “we don’t know”, “look here to see if you can do this or that”, could be sufficient; but instead, there are crickets. You seem to throw around the word “rude” just because you don’t like negative comments that are just truthful comments. I wasn’t offensive, nor disrespectful.
Support on the forums and discord is community led and it’s very possible no one has come across your issue.
If that community are ONLY users there won’t be any “support” (besides supporting each other’s frustrations) because the users/testers/business consultants/restaurant owners don’t have the answers. We can only share that we are having the same issue and has not been addressed. In some cases there’s lack of documentation and somewhat incomplete in others, so we can’t even go there; we depend on the developers that know the code to guide us in the right direction and I’m not seeing this right now. I always search the forums for answers and usually my questions are the same that others had posted and they were not answered.
If you take a quick look across the forums and discord you will see that myself and others reply to a large number of messages.
I’ve never said TI developers never answer anything in the forums, I said that… again, this is another question being ignored by days. This question should had be answered because is from the CORE code of TI and it’s very important that REVIEWS displays correctly, and it seems very easy to fix (if you know the code). It has been asked before and has gone unanswered like mine just did.
If you want urgent support or your question is unanswered please use the methods in the support section of the site.
I never said that I wanted URGENT or FAST support. I should not have to pay for support to fix a bug in the app that should work well out of the box. It’s not because it’s not compatible with something unique about my site or I want it to work differently, it’s because it just DOES NOT work correctly.
I also mentioned before that we are testing commercial extensions and time is running out, and we can’t afford to sit for days and guess if our question is going to be answered or not. (Also buying commercial extensions support TI, please take that in consideration).

Thanks @diverd and @howard91447448 for the assistance. In my case I have there a very long code of fontawesome and I’m not sure where I should add the code, if I have to change anything of the code or make it part of the line of fontawesome that’s there. I tried few different ways and it shows the same or it takes all the stars away and only shows the number of reviews.
