I’m using the SMS Notify extension. Can anyone point me to where I need to add my code to create a new SMS channel?I thought perhaps it was done in the Settings but I can’t do anything there to create a new SMS transport provider. Clicking New shows an empty Channel drop down selector and entering a Code produces a “Invalid channel code selected”. This is clearly done elsewhere.

sampoyigi That page was the first place I looked. It doesn’t tell me where this code exists. Any additional methods I create need to go someplace they’re gonna be looked for.

howard91447448 Assuming you have a custom extension Acme\Howard located extensions/acme/howard, you will create the notification channel class (ex. CustomChannel.php) in extensions/acme/howard/smschannels/ and the notification template in extensions/acme/howard/views/ sms/custom_channel.blade.php, then register both channel and template as follows:

sampoyigi One extra question about this. Why wouldn’t I put my code in the same folder as the existing Clickatell, Plivo etc?
