Hi, is anyone able to shed any light on my site: https://www.mannadelivery.co.uk/ It’s been working fine for months then suddenly yesterday starts coming up with error 500 and loads of messages. I’ve tried googling these codes and line numbers and not coming across anyone else with similar issues so wondering if anyone has an idea of what’s going on and how I fix my site? Thanks

It looks like your cart extension is out of sync with core…. is there an update you havent applied?

If I try and login I get another page full of errors with the top one being: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘created_at’ in ‘order clause’ (SQL: select * from ti_activities where user_id = 1 and user_type = users and subject_id is not null order by created_at desc limit 20) So if it is an update issue (not that I’ve run any updates recently as I try and leave this alone because its production) I am not sure how I can get into fix it.

Ok have tried this, rolled back 3 days to when working. Checked for latest updates then pressed update.

Just for reference I have noticed that we are going from version v3.0.4-beta.27 to whatever the one the update manager is trying to push.

I am not sure if there is something different I should be doing to move from this version to latest?

Just to update, I have rolled back the backup several times as the upgrade process kept crashing it and the command line one would not work. I got my host to upgrade composer 1 to 2 and now the commandline will at least run (although the site still refusing to upgrade) so not sure if this needs to be addressed in documentation as I could not find anywhere that said it had to be composer 2 not 1 (perhaps I’m blind!!)

on the front end “Declaration of Igniter\Cart\Models\Menus_model::outOfStock() should be compatible with Admin\Models\Menus_model::outOfStock($location = NULL)” but the backend is now working, however when i go to the update page all I see is this:

Pressing update does not seem to do anything…

Log page simply shows this

I don’t suppose you have an ideas on how I am to fix this please? The delivery system is currently down and I’m unsure how to proceed.

firmsites270 in my case when update button didnt work, disabled all not recommended extensions, and then button works after that you can enable all extensions
I believe you have out of stock extension disable that one as well and try uodate

ashve thanks for the suggestion but they are all already disabled (tried it both ways) and even the remove button does not work. The update page is completely locked that way. I thought it might be it needed a carte key but that button also does not work.

So I am stuck 🙁

Sometimes the update button gets stuck due to a JS error in the browser console. Go to config/system.php and turn off asset combiner

We’re back online and that’s all that matters!! Appreciate you taking time to help me out

If anyone else comes across the same issue the final process I used was

1) Roll back to working version from backups on previous week

2) I installed via browser and the update was broken there so in order to use command line I had to grab composer.json from online

3) My composer update would not run so had to upgrade from composer 1 to composer 2

4) With composer working I could run the following from terminal:
composer update
php artisan igniter:up
php artisan cache:clear

5) Edited out the ‘assetsCombinerUri’ => ‘/_assets’, line from config/system.php

6) Was able to run the core update from backend

7) was able to run the extensions update from back end, system now fully up to date.
