Unknown reason for frequent Error 500

On the computer I write this I can log in to admin using Chrome and Edge normally. Tonight I can’t log in to admin using Edge, although with the same Edge window I can log in to the front-end. I can log in to admin with Chrome as usual.

I seem to be plagued by these irratating issues which just appear for no discernible reason. What’s the only thing I’ve done? I turned off maintenance mode.
It’s incredibly frustrating to work on something which continually throws up system errors. The log file shows Error: Class "Thoughtco\OrderApprover\Events\OrderCreated" not found in /var/www/tamarind/public_html/extensions/thoughtco/stripeauthorize/Extension.php:37
Why on earth would this error be created when I try to log in to admin on a browser?

howard91447448 You have the stripe authorise extension, but you dont have the order approver extension installed. Please remove and disable Stripe Authorize, as its redundant without order approver.

ryanmitchell It’s disabled. Are you suggesting that this extension discriminates between browsers (while disabled) to cause this?

No I’m suggesting that the error you reported is from that extension so I would remove it entirely as you don’t need it and are seemingly use it incorrectly.
