Edit - New order alert email to admin

I am setting up the order admin email so it will print the order in the correct format for my printer. On the email the address shows as:
18 Cumberland Street, , Blackburn, BD6 8BU, United Kingdom

Any idea which file to edit so there are line breaks in the address and to remove the added comma after Street.

This is what I am looking to do
18 Cumberland Street
Blackburn, BD6 8BU
United Kingdom

I would also like to know how to do this since I tried to make it that format on the info local tab and didn’t succeed.

ideasgirl Have you tried editing the format under Localisation > Countries

sampoyigi Doing that makes commas appear on the page:

On the invoice page (I imagine also on emails), displays just fine. On the info tab it’s another story. It doesn’t want to do the hard return and just inputs commas.

ideasgirl Have you tried removing {address_2}\n from the format? and replace {state}\n with {state} and remove the last line {country}

sampoyigi Yes, that’s what I did afterward and there’s no change.

{address_1}
{address_2}
{city} {state} {postcode}

I don’t have {country} because I don’t want it showing.
