We have now activated the restaurant ordering system, and we’ve encountered some pressing issues with the order printout:
1.) The currency displayed is always in Pounds, but we use Swiss Francs.
2.) The term “COD Cash on Delivery” is unclear to our restaurant staff (german speaking). We require the payment system’s label instead.

- We can surely update the currency problem as soon as possible. It will be updated to include your currency as well on the app within a few days.
- We’re also working on to support multiple languages. It will be soon released as well.

So each vendor will have access to their own orders using the app?

Hi, I have purchased the App and played around with it. My only issue is selecting the location as I will be using this for a multi vendor purpose.
Would it be possible on the next update, to have the vendor login and then select only locations which are assigned to their username.
I tried logging in with user details for a different location and was able to log in and wouldn’t want other user being able to log in to other locations, I am not sure if they can view other vendors/locations orders atm as still trying it out. However it’s more for confusion if the vendor logs in to the wrong location by mistake at least they will be online.

Also, another question. When placing an order and I choose the delivery time. where is the customer notified of this time. I have checked the emails but nothing in there. Do I need to add some code into the email templates.
Just wan’t to say I really like the app, think it’s a great addition. Do you have any plans for a front end app for customers to order from?

Regarding your first question about multi-vendor support, I appreciate your feedback. Currently, the app does support multiple vendors, and you can indeed select the location you want to take orders from within the app. However, we acknowledge that there is a minor issue where any logged-in user can see all the locations. Rest assured, they wouldn’t be able to access or modify any of the orders that aren’t intended for them. We are aware of this and are working on an update to address this issue.
For your second question regarding order delivery time notifications, currently, the app is designed to streamline and manage the order process. As such, all communication related to the order, including delivery time notifications, should be managed within Tasty Igniter itself.
On another note, I wanted to inform you that we are indeed working on a front-end app for customers to place orders. However, it’s in the very early stages of development, and we are not able to provide detailed information at this moment. Rest assured, we are committed to continually improving and expanding the features of the app to meet the needs of our users.

Thank you for your responses, and am very interested in the front end app, as been looking for this and possibility of having one made for me.
Regarding the time notifications, in the app you choose an estimated time 30, 40, 50mins.
What is this for? Is this not to inform the customer of the expected time frame? If so how is this communicated to the customer.

Absolutely, the estimated time you choose in the app directly updates the order’s time within TastyIgniter. This information is relayed to TastyIgniter which takes care of communicating the expected time frame to the customer on their side. Sorry must be some confusion.
When I did a test order and selected a time in the app. I never received any communication regarding the estimated time.
How will the customer be informed of this selected time?

So in the app on the printer section its says to email support @ anar.digital regarding sunmi printer something about email for instant access for it to work.
I have sent 2 emails with the subject Sunmi Printer Support but not had any response and has been a week.
Can you get in touch regarding this please. Is there something I need to do for the sunmi printer to work in the app?

Appreciate you getting back to me. So it just a matter of waiting to for this to be updated on playstore.
I am willing to help test it out on the devices I have if you require testers. The devices are similar to the sunmi devices with built in printer, I just purchased on the off chance to see if they worked with the app as guessing they use the same setup at sunmi.
