Unfortunately I cannot solve a problem for a friend of mine. Incoming orders were automatically sent by e-mail to his e-mail address and printed out from there. In the meantime he had to change his computer.
Recently, however, this is no longer possible (due to the computer change?) and the orders no longer arrive at the e-mail provider Thunderbird. There are several SMTP entries in Thunderbird itself, one of which also matches the SMTP user entered in Testyigniter under settings -> e-mail. Test mails sent via the menu item E-Mail in the settings are received. But nothing else
He uses 1blu as host for the website, Tastyigniter as store and Thunderbird as e-mail provider.
Why is it that he can no longer print automatically? Which SMTP entry needs to be used?
We had also found an extension for printing, which is called “Print” and costs about 75€ per year. But its not installing due to missing meta element.
