I was making changes to my landing page that was not working, and I had to disable the theme and activate the demo theme. After activating the demo theme, I got an error page 500, and I cannot also access the admin panel. How can I solve this?

And also, on the order section, where are additional comments stored in the db?

Finally, Is there a way I can retrieve all waiters via an API?

@mtukufumtemi198 check the error logs and check the issue.

You can download the API extension and look into it if it has the option to pull waiters information

See if you can activate the orange theme again using the Phpmy admin
