is it possible to use mollie instead of Stripe?

diverd Yes all existing payment methods are supported. Stripe is only used for payouts if the feature is enabled, we are also working on implementing payouts via PayPal.

diverd That’s correct, you can allow vendors to provide their own mollie key or use a global mollie key for all vendors. If you do not want to charge commissions, you can still use Stripe; there is an option to deduct commissions at checkout and another option to pay out commissions through Stripe Connect, which requires the Stripe Connect extension.

Do you have a demo for this extension? I have many questions about it. Can vendors access to their sale report? What information do you include in the sale report? and so many questions…To sum up, this is a really great extension but I don’t know the exactly features I would get if I bought it.

Hi, I read all the Q&As and I didn’t see my exact scenario, I apologise if I missed it.

My scenario is a 100% takeout and [mostly delivery] service offering several different virtual kitchens at the same location. I see that there is a % commission to Admin, that was one concern.

My question is can a customer order from several different kitchens and pay one bill and have everything delivered together. The idea is members of a order party to be able to order from whichever kitchen they want with one bill/payment and one delivery.

mac2net Not exactly a scenario covered by the system, but it is possible dependent on whether these kitchens share the same menu items or have separate menu items. If all of the kitchens have the same menu items, a tag could probably be applied to each order to identify them, but it would be more challenging if each kitchen had different menu items.

Could the menu be divided into restaurants by category or by location (even though the address would be the same for each restaurant although they would have different names).

I guess dividing the menu by a category and subcategories for each restaurant would be easiest for the “one order” requirement.

Definitely, grouping menu items by categories is brilliant and should work, so each kitchen will be represented by a category and customers can order from any kitchen(category) under a single location with a single bill.. 👍️

realtorguyagent368 Yes each vendor can have staff assigned to them. So you can have the Vendor owner as well as vendor admin (for delivery or waiter), each having their own admin login details.

1- I can’t see commission for any order, i don’t use Stripe nor paypal and i thought system should still calculate it with cash payment.

2-You mentioned there is Cuisines, under Restaurant > Menu Items > Cuisines but i can’t see it as well.

3-When i Add the Cuisine Filter Component i just see a word without as the screen attached.

Even if you don’t use Stripe or PayPal, commissions are still reported. Have you created a commission rule under Restaurant > Vendor > Commission Rules? If so, you should assign the commission rule to your vendor under Restaurant > Vendor > Edit. Commissions will appear on the admin order edit page and under Restaurant > Vendor > Commissions.

2-3. Restaurant > Menu Items > Cuisines is where you can manage cuisines before it appears on the customer side.

After fixing over the weekend, I’ll release an update.
The Menu Options admin page is missing in the most recent version; must be a different extension.

1- I did create commission rule under Restaurant > Vendor > Commission Rules same as i saw in you Extension example. then i did assign the commission rule to my vendor under Restaurant > Vendor > Edit !

2-3. Restaurant > Menu Items > Cuisines, i really can’t see it, i open all the items create new items but it’s not showing. do i delete the extension?

another thing is the payment for the vendors they can’t edit it!, they informed that they can choose which one to use but not add for example they own stripe.
they can see it under restaurant=>locations=> vendors=> options,

the payment tab on your screenshots i don’t see it at all also the Edit option as your screen below.

Are you logged in as a super admin for cuisines? As only super admins or admins with the “IgniterLabs.MultiVendor.Cuisines” permission have access to cuisines.

To enable the payment edit button, go to System > Settings > Multi Vendor Settings and turn on Distinct vendor payment preferences.

Remove the tabs from the template to make it look like this to solve the email rendering problem. The undefined $vendor error is to be expected while testing mail templates, however, it should not affect sending.
