Bought and installed the extension, seemed like exactly what we needed, but running into a few problems. But it doesn’t autoprint unless i set autoprint everywhere. And if i set autoprint everywhere it keeps printing instead of just once (but i left change status after autoprint to “unchanged”, which is probably why). We use japanese text as well, and get question marks. From comment above i see i need to change char set codepage on the printer itself, which i will try tomorrow and report back.
what i don’t like is that i have to make a manager staff member a superuser/admin to get orders to print. this is not really safe if whoever is working can also change settings of the whole system. is there any way (maybe i didn’t see or understand a particular setting to make this work) to not give admin rights and still have autoprint?
i didn’t see anything on this anywhere, but can the extension also print out dockets when new reservations come in?
i tried getting on slack, but couldn’t (only 2nd time using slack). i removed myself from a workspace i connected to earlier. then tried to click on the slack link in the opening post, slack asks for email/password and nothing i enter gets accepted. already tried resetting password.
